In order to meet these high standards GENEX’s expertise was called upon to provide recommendations and evaluations on an array of sustainable and renewable energy alternatives . This service involved the production of a bespoke report which enabled the both the client and the whole design team to appreciate the financial, maintenance, planning and visual aspects of the recommendations made, which led to the inclusion of the following features:

General Description:
• The largest grant funded photo voltaic installation
  yet in the UK
• Active solar thermal water heating
• Rainwater harvesting
• Sustainable Drainage
• Passive ventilation and night time cooling

With the embedded knowledge and experience of the team we were also able to provide the client with a successful application for grant funding under DTI’s Clear Skies programme in which the single largest grant fund was received for a photovoltaic array.
